HydroCAD Training Seminars
For customers seeking additional training, we offer live training seminars to
develop a better understanding of HydroCAD and related modeling techniques. We offer both
one-day and two-day programs, as described in the
sample seminar outline. Attendees
consistently rate our seminars among the best they have ever attended, with an
average score of 4.4 out of 5.0. (See
customer comments.)
The cost is
generally $300-$450 per person per day, and generally includes copies of the HydroCAD
Training Notebook and Owner's Manual. In order to provide good
opportunities for questions and discussion, class size is generally limited to
20
people. See the specific seminar brochure (below) for details.
Training programs are scheduled based on the needs of our customers, and the
availability of local host organizations. If you know of a local organization
that might like to host a program, please contact

Note: We strongly suggest that all customers get the latest
HydroCAD release before they attend a training seminar.
Each update includes significant enhancements (based largely on customer
feedback) which should reduce your need for additional training.
PDH & Continuing Education Credits
The 1-day training program is approved by
The Practicing Institute
of Engineering (PIE) for 8 Professional Development Hours.
Each student will receive a training certificate and summary of the
program they attended. This material may be used when requesting
PDH credits from the appropriate licensing board. Most states do not pre-approve specific training activities for continuing
education credits. Credit is issued on an individual basis based on the
materials you submit.
In-House Training Programs
If you need at least two days of training for twelve or more people, in-house training programs can be arranged
for approximately $300-$550 per person per day, depending on location. For details and availability please
contact
If you want on-site training for a smaller number of people, please
consider our
self-study program, or one of the public seminars
listed above.
Trainers wanted
If you're an experienced HydroCAD user or technical trainer,
you might consider becoming a certified HydroCAD Trainer.
