Orders are processed M-F during regular business hours, with software and printed
documentation normally shipped the same day. Prepaid
orders will receive an email with download information about 1 hour after we
receive your order. All orders will still get the physical shipment (CD,
Manual, etc.), even if you download the software. For fastest processing
