We're now doing business as In 2004 we completed the changeover from our original organization, Applied Microcomputer Systems, with was founded in 1977. History. The new company has assumed full responsibility for the HydroCAD Stormwater Modeling System, and all future payments should be made to HydroCAD Software Solutions LLC. For tax purposes, our new IRS EIN is 80-0110400. A new W-9 form is available in PDF format. Our software license agreement has also been updated to reflect this change.
