CAD Support Information

HydroCAD-10 provides automated import of watershed data from AutoCAD^®.

When you run the HydroCAD setup program, it will automatically detect the presence of AutoCAD on your computer and ask you to confirm the AutoCAD release you plan to use with AutoCAD.  To use a different version of AutoCAD, re-run the setup program and select the desired release.

If your version of AutoCAD doesn't appear on the list, it isn't supported by your current HydroCAD software.

The import capability is compatible with 32-bit and 64-bit versions of AutoCAD 2008-2012.  Other AutoCAD releases are not supported at this time.

Important: HydroCAD is a stand-alone program that is fully functional even without the AutoCAD import capability.  AutoCAD is required only for the automated import of watershed data.  Other capabilities of HydroCAD are fully functional even without AutoCAD.
